The use of the web application and the purchase of any product or service from the "Your EyeZ" web application implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

"Your EyeZ" is a web application offering visual well-being practices.
3. ORDER PROCESS
3.1. The Client can place orders online through the link https://youreyez.app/. Online payment is handled by Cloud Payments.
3.2. The order process includes: the selection of the period of usage of the "Your EyeZ" App, the number of users concerned; the buyer's contact information.
3.3. Before finalizing the order, the Client is prompted to verify the order details and correct any potential errors.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. The prices of products/services are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes.
4.2. Online payment is processed by Cloud Payments and is secured in accordance with current standards.
4.3. The Client can choose from the payment methods offered during the order process.
4.4. Payment of the order by the Client signifies that the order is firm and final. The order cannot be cancelled after validation by the Client.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. As "Your EyeZ" is a web app, no physical delivery is required for the offered products or services. The link to the "Your EyeZ" application will be sent to the Client once the payment appears in the "Your EyeZ OU" bank.
6. CUSTOMER SERVICE
6.1. For any questions, complaints, or assistance requests, the Client can contact the customer service of "Your EyeZ" via the email address contact@youreyez.app.
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of "Your EyeZ." The Client can review the privacy policy on the "Your EyeZ" web application.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. "Your EyeZ" is committed to providing quality services but cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions beyond its control. "Your EyeZ OU" is not responsible if the information available on this site is not accurate, complete, or up-to-date. 13. COMPENSATION

If "Your EyeZ OU" determines, in its sole discretion, that you fail, or if "Your EyeZ OU" suspects that you have been unable to comply with the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, "Your EyeZ OU" may also terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice, and you shall remain liable for all amounts payable up to the date of termination (inclusive), and/or "Your EyeZ OU" may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Any failure on the part of "Your EyeZ OU" to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, or any other policy or operating rule that "Your EyeZ OU" publishes on this site or in relation to the Service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and "Your EyeZ OU" and govern your use of the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and "Your EyeZ OU" (including, but not limited to, any prior version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use).

If "Your EyeZ OU" determines, in its sole discretion, that you fail, or if "Your EyeZ OU" suspects that you have been unable to comply with the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, "Your EyeZ OU" may also terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice, and you shall remain liable for all amounts payable up to the date of termination (inclusive), and/or "Your EyeZ OU" may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Any failure on the part of "Your EyeZ OU" to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, or any other policy or operating rule that "Your EyeZ OU" publishes on this site or in relation to the Service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and "Your EyeZ OU" and govern your use of the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and "Your EyeZ OU" (including, but not limited to, any prior version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use).
